Step 10: Now Your Home is Completed

When your home is complete, we will call for the final code compliance inspection and the final bank inspection.  After the final inspections are complete the municipality responsible for code compliance will issue a Certificate of Occupancy.  These items, plus your new homeowner’s insurance policy, will be require to convert your construction loan into a mortgage.  When your construction loan has been converted you will be ready to move into your new home.
