Your Dock Needs a Proper Mooring

Once your dock is un-hooked from your pier it needs to be properly moored.  High winds and rough water can cause your dock to shift or float away - damaging itself and the docks around it.  For this reason MJS Dock Service has developed two ways to safely moor your dock, Galvanized Steel Extension Stairs and a Movable Mooring Hinge.

Steel Galvanized Extension Stairs

An Adjustable Solution to Lake Arrowhead's Changing Lake Level.

MJS steel extension stairs are extraordinary!  First, the steel frame is galvanized to help prevent rust.  Second, the stair treads are made of low maintenance Trex so they will not rot.  And third, the stairs have lake level adjustments.  In most cases, these stairs are a permanent solution to Lake Arrowhead's fluctuating water conditions.

The Moveable Mooring Hinge

A Low Cost Way to Protect Your Dock Investment

Protect your dock against fluctuating lake levels with our moveable mooring hinge.  As the lake level drops or rises, this mooring hinge can be used to push your dock into deeper water or pull it closer to shore.  Once purchased, it is yours to use now and in future drought years.  This mooring hinge is included in our or Dock Watch Programs can be purchased separately.
